Senior Sous Chef To manage all food preparation and to provide the outlets with a variety of foods, maintaining the highest culinary standards as directed by Executive Chef What Is In It For You Career development opportunities with in the Ectg Boston Working with a new team with other projects in the future Cooking from scratch kitchen Working with one of the most exciting young talented chefs in the east coast of America The executive chef has worked in some of London best kitchens over the last 12 years and now comes to Boston to open his first Resturant free gym membership What You Will Be Doing Reporting to the Executive Chef/owner , responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Ability to oversee and assist with breakfast, brunch, lunch services maintaining standardized recipes Ability to oversee and assist with dinner service, while maintaining standardized recipes Ability to execute ordering, inventory, payroll and other administrative duties as directed by Executive Chef Ability to run the Kitchen on a day to day base Train other staff Your Experience And Skills Include Prior Sous Chef experience Accountability and discipline Strong work ethic, must be able to handle responsibility Honest and cares for the business and staff Your Team And Working Environment The working environment will be one of calm and confident professionals It will be fun, learning and opportunities to develop We are going to create a modern Irish bar setting with great food and drinks for 2022 Showcase the best of hospitality and have fun doing it A new wave of hospitality is going to be created in the dubliner Be part of a special team
